Sisters bonded by blood does not mean sisters forever. Alex and Philippe are two sisters who grew up apart but are connected by a desire to kill the one person who ruined their lives, their father.

Alex wants nothing more than to be free of her father's stronghold on her and control her own life. So out of desperation she escapes the mansion and finds herself being kidnapped by the underground. Luckily for her wishes to kill her father and reinstate her as the new queen, but Alex isn’t the only mindblower in the underground. 
 
The orphan, Philippe, is nothing like her sister Alex. Even though they're both mindblowers Philippe was always told that she was weak and that her powers made her a freak. She lived on the edge of society where she was given nothing and expected nothing, but fate had other plans for her, her powers revealed themselves and she was forced to leave and join the underground.  
 
Despite their differences, the two need each other to keep their heads straight, but to do that they have to bond, and bonding isn’t exactly their strong suit. But why would they, after all, you can't trust anyone, especially those who share your blood.
